WHAT IS OFFERED?
• Latin for intermediate
students (those with at least one year of Latin)
• 5
days a week (Monday-Friday), 4 hours a day (2 in the morning, 2 in the
afternoon)= 60 hours (the equivalent of one semester of intensive
Latin)
• Students will be exposed to Latin texts covering twenty-two centuries,
from
Plautus to Benedict XVI
• Grammar (morphology and syntax) will be reviewed and new elements
will
be taught
• Upon request, a Latin Proficiency test will be administered
• The ITI provides the necessary teaching materials
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
• Serious commitment to attend all sessions
• Humility and desire to learn
Current ITI Students
Registration deadline: May 1, 2009.
Tuition and room provided. Meals not
included. This course fulfils the ITI required
Latin Reading course.
Non- ITI students
Registration deadline: May 1, 2009.
