According to the Austrian Tax authorities, the ITI is an academic institution to which donations are tax deductible, since it qualifies as a benefited organization according to income tax law EStG § 4a, Ziffer 1.

USA

The Foundation in the USA that supports some of our projects is a 501 (c)3 tax-exempt California public benefit corporation. Donations to ITI-USA are tax deductible.
